Sales enablement without the theatre

Jul 21, 2026 · 5 min read

A deck does not close. A motion with ICP, proof and a weekly review does.

Enablement that stops at a slide library trains people to present, not to close. The motion we install is smaller: who we sell to, what proof we show, and which objection we refuse to improvise.

ICP first. If marketing, sales and delivery describe three different buyers, the pipeline will lie. We write the buyer, the trigger and the offer in one page the whole company can use.

Then we instrument the week. Pipeline review is a decision meeting, not a tour of CRM. Every live deal has a next action, an owner and a date. Theatre is what happens when those three are missing.

If your team is busy and still missing quota, do not add another tool. Add a DeXpert who can run the motion for a quarter and leave the cadence behind.
