Offshore fails in the handoff, not in the talent. A junior board that waits for morning stand-up will always look slow. A senior DeXpert who owns the slice will not.
We staff overlap hours on purpose. Two to three hours where sponsor, product and the squad are awake together is enough to unblock the day. The rest is written: tickets, decisions, and a daily note the client can read without a call.
The playbook is visible. Risks, owners and next actions live in the same place the squad works. If the client cannot see the plan without asking, it is not a plan.
Cameroon, Morocco, Madagascar and Kenya give us coverage — but coverage is not the product. Ownership is. That is why we place DeXperts, not benches.
